Discuss the reasons why the 25 year old man mentioned in the article would be regarded as having a lack of ‘moral maturity’. because he refused to be arrested by the police and had spat on one of there face and had tried to run away from them.

the video is talking about how the politics have been going on this site called emperors club. and the reporter is informing on the news about the sex scandals about how the politics have probably been going on the emperors club and do stuff to the girls at the site.
